Lisa Bertolucci

Beginning her real estate career in 2008, Lisa has spent the last 6 years managing Vintage Sotheby's International Realty (formerly Gates Estates Sotheby's International Realty). Now, as a Broker Owner of the company, she is working to grow the firm and take it to the next level.


Utilizing her organizational skills, Lisa spearheads the onboarding of new agents as well as coordinating training sessions to continue the professional growth of all company agents. Her approachability lends well to the family feel of the company, ensuring that any time an agent has a question or issue needing to be resolved, there is never a hesitation to reach out to her. Lisa is a team player when it comes to her leadership style, wanting to make sure everyone succeeds to the best of their abilities and is always ready to help.


Lisa is also at the forefront of the marketing efforts for the company, ensuring that the company is able to engage with their clients on several different levels. Employing the numerous technological tools available within the Sotheby's International Realty network, she is able to assist agents in promoting their properties in as many ways as possible.


Outside of the office, Lisa enjoys cooking and baking for her family and friends, and spending time with her husband and son.
